Custom Boat Manufacturing

Edge Marine manufactures custom aluminum boats including Sport OS, Pro OS, and Charter Series models. All boats are built to order with specifications agreed upon in writing.

Product specifications, features, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Final specifications will be confirmed in your purchase agreement.

Ordering and Payment

Order Process

All orders require a signed purchase agreement and deposit. Orders are not confirmed until deposit is received and processing has begun.

Payment Terms

• Progress payments may be required during construction
• Final payment due before delivery
• Accepted payment methods: cash, check, wire transfer, approved financing

Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on customization requirements, material availability, and production schedule. Edge Marine is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery at our facility or agreed delivery location. Customer is responsible for inspection and acceptance at time of delivery.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Limited Warranties

Our products are covered by limited warranties as detailed in our separate warranty document. These warranties are the sole and exclusive warranties provided by Edge Marine.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN OUR WARRANTY DOCUMENT, EDGE MARINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

Edge Marine's total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product. In no event shall Edge Marine be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Marine Activities Risk

Boating and marine activities involve inherent risks. Customers acknowledge these risks and agree to use our products safely and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information for boat specifications and customization
• Make payments according to agreed schedule
• Inspect products upon delivery and report any issues immediately

• Obtain proper licensing, registration, and insurance as required

Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, trade names, and intellectual property associated with Edge Marine products remain the property of Edge Marine. Customers may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on our designs.

Cancellation and Returns

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Cancellation after production has started may result in cancellation fees. Custom orders generally cannot be cancelled once production is substantially complete.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product fails to meet agreed specifications or is defective.

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We may use customer information to provide services, process orders, and communicate about products and services.
